Floral Elegance is a wedding and event company, we started in 2001 and we were a home-based wedding and event company in sunny west palm beach Florida. It is a labor of love to provide our brides with exquisite bridal floral’s, personalized wedding favors, wedding décor and things just for the bride.
Note from Anne the designer: I love wedding and parties; it is my passion for flowers and décor that drives me to create lovely weddings and events. I have always been creative and I just love sharing it with my brides and grooms on their special day. Now that we are in our new large bridal studio I can really expand my creative mind.

All in stock items will be shipped within 1 to 2 day unless it is a personilized order. You will be notified of all back ordered items immediately, and we will keep you informed of your order status. In stock store items will be delivered to addresses in the continental USA 7-9 days depending on the location. Items that are in stock by our suppliers but not in our store will usually be shipped in 7-14 days. If you need items to be shipped by a specific date please e-mail us at SHOPWEDDINGFAVORS@YAHOO.COM to allow us time to stock and determine shipping options. We ship via UPS Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

Custom orders require a 100% deposit and are subject to our no return policy.
Custom orders would include all Personalized favors.
SALES TAX
Florida shipping address only will have sales tax added to their total. Sales tax will automatically be added to your invoice if the shipping address is within Florida. No sales tax will be charged to any other states. It is the purchaser's liability to pay use tax in their own state.
RETURN POLICIES
There is no returns on ring pillow, flower girl baskets or any handmade item.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are happy to offer a refund on regularly stocked merchandise. Merchandise must be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt (less the shipping cost) in the original packaging, new and unused condition. New and unused means no marks or signs of use on the product. We cannot accept a return of any item indicating it has been used or handled in such a manner that prevents us from selling to our customers as first quality product. You must contact us at floral-elegance.net or personally at annecoppa@yahoo.com prior to the return for authorization.
CANCELLATIONS
