About Us
Floral Elegance is a wedding and event company, we started in 2001 and we were a home-based business until December 2005 when we moved into our wedding studio. It is a labor of love to provide our brides with exquisite bridal floral’s, personalized wedding favors, wedding décor and things just for the bride.
Note from Anne the designer: I love wedding and parties; it is my passion for flowers and décor that drives me to create lovely weddings and events. I have always been creative and I just love sharing it with my brides and grooms on their special day. Now that we are in our new large bridal studio I can really expand my creative mind.

Q: What kind of payment type does shopweddingfavors.com accept?
A: We accept Visa and MasterCard. US Funds Only. We cannot accept international credit cards
Q: Why is shipping so expensive?
A: We agree, shipping sure can be expensive, especially to the Western half of the continent. We are located in the Sunny South Florida. In addition, UPS and FedEx have added a Fuel Surcharge of 30% to reflect the OUTRAGEOUS cost of oil (diesel gasoline and jet fuel).
Q:Is Shopweddingfavors.com store secure?
A: Yes shopweddingfavors.com is hosted by yahoo! Inc. and all information is stored remotely on their secure servers. The site utilizes security monitoring and 128 encryption of all critical data. All credit card information is deleted from Yahoo! Computers after a period of 30 days from the day that you place your order.
Q:Why do you want my telephone number?
A: so we can bother you in the middle of the night with prank phone calls! Just Kidding. We promise not to use your number unless we need to contact you regarding your order (i.e. If we’re out of stock, or would like to suggest a cheaper replacement item, etc.)
Q: Why do you want my email address?
A: Likewise, we’ve found that the best way to keep our customers is not to annoy them! We won’t clog you inbox with SPAM. We certainly wouldn’t ever sell your information to other companies to solicit you. We only ask for your email address in case we need to get in touch with you – that’s it! We do NOT spam our customers.
Q: Does Shopweddingfavors.com respect my privacy and promise to keep all the information that I provide private and secure?
A: Yep. All information is stored securely on Yahoo! Computers, not shopweddingfavors.com computers. Credit card information is deleted from yahoo! Store computers after one month’s time. We do not give or sell any customer’s specific information to any third party.
Q; I just placed my order, when should I expect it?
A: Short answer: we can have most orders made and shipped within 24 to 48 hours and depending on the shipping type you choose, ups ground is 5 to 7 days and 3 day select is 3 business days(not weekends and your order will go out the next or the following day depending on personalization so you will need to minus that from your ship time). If your order is going to take longer you will recive an email of how many days your order will be shipped out in. OK not so short answer.
Q: I’ve absolutely have to have my favor by the weekend. What do I do?
A: Email us at annecoppa@yahoo.com or give us a call at 561-358-6877 and we can see if we can have your order out and shipped to you by your wedding date. (Note: That next day and 2 day air is very very very expensive.(and do not include weekend unless you want to pay for saturday delivery(very very very expensive. :)
Q: Where to include delivery instruction for ups?
A: We often get requests to deliver before a certain time, leave the package in the garage, and leave the package with a neighbor, ect. Right now, we aren’t able to pass on your instructions to ups. You can give delivery instructions that will stay in ups’s files-just call 1-800-PICK-UPS. Otherwise we’d suggest leaving a note on the door.
Q: I noticed that you have a “coupon code” area on your order form. How do I get a coupon?
A: Coupons are usually found on our front page and coming soon our shopweddingfavors.com newsletter.
SALES TAX:
Sales tax will automatically be added to your invoice if the shipping address is within Florida. No sales tax will be charged to any other states. It is the purchasers’s liability to pay use tax in their own state.
DROP SHIPMENTS:
Occasionally items are drop shipped from the factory to your door. Second day air and next day air is not available for these items. Additional time should be given to process this order. It may take up to one week for delivery. Please feel free to contact us on the status of your order.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS:
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions -- including after an order has been submitted -- and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
